Mental Health Line Manager - Mental Health Drug & Alcohol

1. Tertiary qualifications as per clinical discipline (nursing, clinical psychology, occupational therapy, social work) with full AHPRA registration or eligibility for membership with AASW and post graduate management qualifications or relevant experience. Allied Health roles will have recent extensive post graduate experience as a Level 2 or above.
2. Extensive clinical experience in Mental Health and demonstrated knowledge of issues in relation to quality mental health customer service delivery.

3. Demonstrated skills in operational leadership of a team including rostering, quality improvement initiatives, change management, workforce professional development and review of policies and procedures within a health environment.
