Junior Patient Liaison Officer

1. Excellent communication skills including accurate spelling, good comprehension, confidence in the spoken word and ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels
2. Awareness of patient financial classifications and private health insurance in public hospitals including an understanding of the hospital’s admissions processes
3. Ability to understand private health insurance fund checks, the billing process and take action to ensure revenue is processed where necessary
4. Demonstrated superior customer service skills
