Hospital in the Home (HITH) is recruiting for an administration officer, level 4 to join our collaborative team. HITH receives excellent staff and patient satisfaction scores and feedback.

What you'll be doing
High level administration support to HITH Management team. Processing of service revenue and payment accounts and presenting a professional first line service to users of the service. Prompt and efficient service to internal and external customers.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrated high level administrative skills in managing complex administrative tasks including management of files, correspondence, document tracking and ordering and maintaining office stores
- Demonstrated problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Demonstrated skill in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and creating and maintaining databases
