Where you'll be working
Based at Royal North Shore with travel to Hornsby and Northern Beaches
What you'll be doing
The Digital Medical Record Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training, supporting clinical and administrative staff, and contributing to system improvements through data insights.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Relevant tertiary degree and proven training and project/change management experience (e.g. EMR rollouts or upgrades) with EMR/EHR systems (e.g. Epic, Cerner, Best Practice, Medical Director, etc.).
- Experience in adult education or learning and development and a strong understanding of clinical workflows and medical record documentation standards.
Demonstrated skills in data analysis using tools like Excel, Power BI, or EMR reporting modules and ability interpret/translate findings.
