What you'll be doing
The position of PMO Project Manager exists within the Digital Health Service Division of the Northern Sydney (NS) and Central Coast (CC) Local Health Districts (LHDs). This position services all sites within these two LHDs and will require travel across all facilities.
The Program Management Office (PMO) is responsible for developing project governance frameworks and improving program/project management maturity in DHS. The PMO monitors and reports overall DHS program delivery processes, outcomes and performance.
The PMO Project Manager is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the DHS Program Management Office (PMO) for NSLHD or CCLHD including the development strategic oversight & governance of
DHS projects to align with the LHD's Strategic Plan, DHS Plan, DHS Charter, DHS Operational Plan and other strategic initiatives.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrates knowledge of project management & program management methodologies, templates and guidelines for successful project & program delivery.
- Proven exceptional organisational skills and experience working in a high volume & demanding environment with a capacity to effectively prioritise, multi-task, negotiate external accountabilities and meet deadlines while maintaining a customer focused approach.
- Ability to monitor client and stakeholder satisfaction and constructively manage stakeholder issue to ensure positive outcomes.
