An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Mona Vale Hospital Physiotherapy Team as an Administration Officer to the outpatient services at Mona Vale and Brookvale Community Health Centres.
Employment Type: Part Time Permanent

Remuneration: $34.47 - $35.54 per hour

Where you'll be working
Mona Vale Community Health Centre, Mona Vale Hospital.
What you'll be doing
Providing administrative support to the outpatient adult Physiotherapy and Nutrition and Dietetic services including referral management, patient appointment bookings and general support to the Physiotherapy Team at Mona Vale Hospital. This position is a full-time job share which works Monday to Wednesday.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills with health professionals and patients within a fast-paced public health service.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing demands and priorities with excellent time management skills.
- Well-developed computer skills including accurate data entry skills and knowledge of hospital-based systems.
