About the role

Northern NSW Local Health District has a career vacancy for a Registered Nurse to join their team in either Grafton or Ballina Palliative Care teams. This role works with members of the palliative care nursing team (including CNCs and CNS’) across the inpatient and community settings. The aim of the Palliative Care Nursing service is to facilitate a coordinated, high quality palliative care service to the local community, with a case coordination model that involves generalist community nurses in providing direct clinical care.
