About the role

Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD) is seeking a District Director of Aboriginal Health, Oral Health, and Health Promotion to deliver strategic leadership, management, and cultural advice to transform our health services and to improve the lives of Aboriginal people through the building of strong, respectful partnerships and designing more culturally accessible services for communities across our region.

Ensuring Aboriginal Health, Oral Health, and Health Promotion outcomes through promotion and collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team, health staff, managers, local communities, government and non-government agencies.

Providing professional governance and leadership to the directorates within portfolio responsibilities, including advancing work planning and initiatives to encourage 'top of scope' delivery and 'grow your own talent'.

This is a District wide role, the location of this role may be successfully negotiated within the Northern New South Wales Local Health District sites.
