About the role
Working in partnership with multidisciplinary mental health teams and developing partnerships with community managed organisations, primary health care and other government and non-government organisations to provide a collaborative approach to development of models, pathways and access to clinical care through PCLI. Promoting seamless integration and coordination of day-to-day work practices and will provide advice, assessment and support to multidisciplinary teams.
