About the role
The Specialist Outpatient Department at Lismore Base Hospital is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to the Manager and the wider team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Specialist Outpatient Clinic services. Your responsibilities will include delivering timely and accurate reception, administrative, and transactional services to both internal and external stakeholders, with a strong focus on providing a high-quality, customer-centered experience.
This vacancy is maternity leave relief for an initial period of up to 52 weeks for 32 hours per week; the hours and period of employment may change according to the maternity leave requirements. There is also the possibility of an extension at same / reduced hours.
