What you will bring to the role

  1. Proven extensive administrative experience working in a busy front desk Reception role
  2. Excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to demonstrate excellence in providing a high level of customer service
  3. Proven ability to work in a high volume and demanding environment with proven capacity to prioritise and multi task
  4. Demonstrate intermediate experience in Microsoft Office data base system
  5. Experience in Medicare billing procedures
