Selection Criteria to be Addressed:
- Demonstrated excellent knowledge in all aspects of radiation therapy, including modern and emerging techniques and technology, including multi-modality imaging and registration, IMRT/VMAT planning and advanced IGRT techniques
- Demonstrated excellent organisational skills and multi-tasking, with ability to follow directions and also to be self-directed to work independently without supervision in a timely manner.
- Demonstrated contribution and leadership in a high functioning team environment that encourages collaboration and participation in shared goals
- Demonstrated participation and active involvement in Continuing Professional Development, Research, Quality Improvement and Training activities of self and others
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills in written, oral and electronic formats
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of radiation therapy quality assurance and quality controls, including radiation safety
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent patient care
- Satisfy conditions of Level 3 grading as per Health Employees’ Medical Radiation Scientists (State) Award and which are relevant to the department
