Hosportal System Administrator and Procurement Officer - Division of Surgery

What you will bring to the role:

1. Ability to exercise initiative and problem solving skills in consultation with supervising staff when performing new, complex or critical tasks.
2. Demonstrated customer service and administrative experience, with experience working in a multi-disciplinary team. A working knowledge or understanding of Hosportal.
3. Accurate data entry skills and demonstrated high level oral and written communication skills.
4. Understanding of Activity Based Funding (ABF) and Peri-operative key performance indicators (KPI’s).
5. Demonstrated proficiency in the use and management of I Procurement.
6. Demonstrated extensive experience using iPM Theatre modules and experience in using MS Word, ClickView, Excel and PowerPoint and I Procurement.
7. Demonstrated ability to problem solve, prioritise tasks, time manage daily tasks and implement systems and processes to ensure deadlines are met.
8. Demonstrated understanding of billing of rebateable items and relevant processes.
