Join a dynamic and highly skilled Operating Theatres team where you will play a key role in providing safe, patient centred perioperative care. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, medical staff and the broader multidisciplinary team to ensure every patient receives exceptional care throughout their surgical journey. In this fast paced and rewarding environment, you will assist with preparing theatres, supporting surgical procedures, maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement. What you will bring to the role

  1. Current registration to practice as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA)
  2. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
  3. Demonstrated evidence of being able to provide person centered care
  4. Demonstrated effective communication skills - written and verbal
  5. Experience working in a multidisciplinary team
  6. Ability to work a flexible roster, day, evening or night shift
  7. Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of PD2012_011 Waiting Time and Elective Surgery Policy
  8. Demonstrated understanding and participation in Quality Assurance activities
