We are seeking an Aboriginal Cultural Capability Team Leader to join our team to drive meaningful and sustainable cultural change across Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District.

In this rewarding leadership role, you will champion initiatives that strengthen Aboriginal cultural capability, build strong partnerships with Aboriginal communities and key stakeholders, and embed cultural safety into everyday practice. You will shape and deliver impactful programs, provide strategic advice to leaders and staff, and play a pivotal role in fostering an environment where Aboriginal people, communities, and employees feel respected, valued, and supported.
