- Completion of three post graduate years experience in public hospital service and a dedicated commitment to surgical training
- Demonstrated commitment to working towards advanced training in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated high level communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritise, organize and problem solve and meet multiple demands.
- Demonstrated interest in teaching and research in OHNS surgery.
