Are you ready to make a profound impact where clinical expertise matters most? We are seeking a Senior Dietitian to help shape exceptional nutrition care for our most complex and critically ill patients.
In this role, you will deliver specialist nutrition and dietetic services to ICU patients and those with complex needs across inpatient wards. You will provide high‑level clinical care, support multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to service development initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and experience. You will also demonstrate leadership, provide supervision and consultation to support workforce capability, evidence‑based practice and continuous improvement of critical care nutrition services.

What you will bring to the role:
- Tertiary qualifications in Nutrition and Dietetics and eligibility for full membership with Dietitians Australia.
- Up to date knowledge, skills and competence in the nutritional management of critically ill and intensive care patients.
- Extensive clinical experience and expertise in the nutritional management of critically ill patients.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply advanced clinical reasoning and professional judgement to manage complex cases and competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and education skills, including the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and provide clinical guidance to staff and students.
- Demonstrated ability to provide clinical supervision and support to junior Dietitian staff, students and Dietitian Assistants.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development, with experience initiating and leading quality improvement projects, service evaluation and evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Current NSW driver’s licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel.
