Clinical Psychologist: $55.09 - $67.15 per hour
Senior Psychologist: $60.12 - $65.14 per hour
Psychologist: $39.01 - $57.10 per hour
Social Worker or Counsellor Level 1-4: $37.03 - $62.84 per hour

What you will bring to the role
- This is an Identified Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander Position. Applicants for this position must be of Aboriginal descent through parentage, identify as an Aboriginal person and be accepted in the community as such. Exemption is claimed under Section 14(d) of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW).
- Applicants must hold one of the below eligible qualifications: a) Qualification in Social Work which provides eligibility for full membership to Australian Association of Social Workers, b) Counselling qualification with ACA L3-4 registration (Australian Counselling Association) or PACFA Clinical Registrant status (Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia), c)Sydney University’s Aboriginal Qualification Pathway - Graduate Certificate in Human and Community Services (Interpersonal Trauma), or d)Psychology: General registration with the Psychology Board of Australia and, for Senior Psychologist, a current Senior Psychologist or eligible for Senior Psychologist grading (with no less than 12 months service at the 9th year of service and thereafter rate) and, for Clinical Psychologist, an accredited Masters or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with endorsement or working towards endorsement with the Psychology Board of Australia.
- Experience providing culturally appropriate trauma focused therapeutic supports for Aboriginal individuals and families in regards to sensitive issues
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to create Aboriginal community connections, engagement, and collaborations
- Demonstrated understanding of the intersection between issues of intergenerational trauma, colonisation, sexual assault, domestic violence and child protection
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a therapeutic team and to manage competing tasks in a busy service.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence and ability to attend Nepean Hospital within 1 hour to participate in the 24/7 crisis on-call service
