What you will bring to the role
- Registered Nurse (Division 1) with AHPRA with post-registration qualifications in Mental Health and at least 3 years' experience working in Mental Health, or such other qualifications or equivalent experience deemed appropriate by the public hospital or public health organisation.
- Demonstrated skills in mental health and discipline specific assessments and interventions and experience working with people with mental illness.
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership to a multidisciplinary team across services and settings including skills and experience in clinical support planning and integrated care coordination
- Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to manage a complex caseload with competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate meaningfully with consumers and carers with a commitment and understanding of recovery principles in mental health service provision
- Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills and effective time management skills
- Current Driver's License and willingness to use for work purpose travel
