About Us
Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District (NBMLHD) is an exceptional environment to advance your career while enhancing your skills and expertise. As a recognised leader in the healthcare industry, we deliver a comprehensive range of public health services across the Nepean, Blue Mountains, and Lithgow Regions.

Blue Mountains District ANZAC Memorial Hospital is an acute hospital that supports a population of approximately 80,000 and is the only ANZAC Memorial hospital remaining in NSW. Easily accessible to Sydney residents, our team of clinicians, allied health, and support staff works with the community on a shared goal to maintain the delivery of high-quality healthcare in the Blue Mountains region.

Join a dynamic and fast paced Emergency Department where your compassion, clinical skill and commitment to high quality patient care can truly make a difference. We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse who thrives in an environment where no two days are the same and where teamwork, adaptability and clear communication are essential. In this role, you will play an integral part in supporting emergency presentations, delivering safe and effective nursing care in collaboration with Registered Nurses and the broader multidisciplinary team. Your ability to remain calm under pressure, think critically and respond efficiently to rapidly changing clinical situations will contribute to ensuring timely and patient centred care for individuals and families during their most vulnerable moments.

Working within our Emergency Department offers the opportunity to expand your clinical capability while being supported by experienced colleagues who are passionate about developing and mentoring emerging clinicians. You will be involved in patient assessment, monitoring, treatment support and health education, while also participating in maintaining a safe and organised department. This position is ideal for an Enrolled Nurse who is eager to deepen their experience in acute and emergency settings and contribute to a positive workplace culture grounded in respect, collaboration and continuous improvement.

If you are motivated, compassionate and ready to take the next step in your nursing journey within a fast paced and rewarding environment, we would love to hear from you. Let’s make a meaningful difference together.
