  • Allied Health Assistant Level 2: $67,188.26 - $69,204.44 per annum 
  • Allied Health Assistant Level 3: $71,239.40 - $74,286.63 per annum 
 

In addition to base salary, all roles attract 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

Liverpool Hospital Physiotherapy Department is seeking motivated Allied Health Assistants (Level 2–3) to join the team on a permanent full-time basis. This exciting opportunity offers exposure to a wide variety of clinical settings while working alongside experienced Physiotherapists and Allied Health Assistants. With opportunities for professional development, education, and a formal supervision structure, you'll be supported to grow your skills while contributing to high-quality patient care. 
 

  • Rotate through a variety of acute clinical areas including orthopaedics, respiratory, neurosurgery, amputee services, and rehabilitation 
  • Assist in the delivery of Physiotherapy services across a busy and dynamic hospital environment 
  • Contribute to stock ordering, equipment management, and the efficient operation of the department 
  • Join a supportive team of Allied Health Assistants working collaboratively across multiple clinical specialties 
  • Access ongoing professional development, education opportunities, and a formal supervision structure

Selection Criteria 
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below. 

  • Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or relevant qualification or Minimum 12 months full-time equivalent relevant experience with commitment to undertake the Certificate IV in AHA within 12 month period
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and complete activities (including ability to work within scope of practice and seek assistance when required) as delegated by supervising Allied Health Professional
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels
  • Demonstrated good organisational skills, ability to work independently and as a member of a team
