About this role
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Senior Digitisation Officer for our project team. This role will be responsible for a wide range of senior administrative duties within the Tribunal such as the quality assurance of the document imaging tasks, including PDF upload and secure scanning.
The role is also responsible overseeing the creation of new records as required, assisting in records destruction, processing offsite storage records, collecting paperwork for scanning, and delivering/collecting records across Tribunal divisions.
The Senior Digitisation Officer is expected to assist with any technical enquires regarding imaging as well as the release of information requests and processing of deceased paperwork.
Crown Clerk 5/6, starting salary from $97,027 - $107,059 p.a. plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week. Initial contract for two years with the possibility of extension.

What you'll be doing
- Oversee the management of the wide range of administrative and document imaging tasks such as sorting, preparing, scanning, quality control, and validating of current and historical paper record as well as digitising electronic documents via PDF upload and perform scanning of sensitive records into Tribunal database.
- Coordinate the archiving and destruction of scanned records in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and quality assurance of the data entry and administrative support such as creating new and temporary Tribunal client records as required as well as Locating and following up records for document imaging including retrieving records from off-site storage facilities.

Essential Criteria
- Knowledge and experience in health record management functions.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a productive member of a team, including promoting and supporting teamwork, combined with the ability to work unsupervised.
- Ability to apply standards and policies, particularly those relating to privacy and confidentiality, disposal and retention authorities for records management, and those surrounding workplace health and safety.
- Developed computer skills including experience with document imaging, patient administration systems and Microsoft Office suite.
