As the Senior Culture Advisor (Wellbeing), you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we integrate a wellbeing culture into the employee experience across our organisation, driving positive change and improving outcomes for our employees and the communities we serve.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop, support, and implement programs, projects, and activities that focus on the wellbeing of our employees and align with our Culture and Staff Experience Framework.
The EXTD unit is the organisational lead for the NSW Health Culture and Staff Experience Framework, the NSW Health Talent Strategy and the NSW Health Student Pipeline strategy.
In this newly created role, you will take operational direction from the Chief Wellbeing Officer and work closely with the Culture and Staff Experience Team. You will be part of an active and open extended team who value collaborative teamwork and the individual strengths you will bring to the role.
Crown Clerk 9/10, starting salary from $129,464 - $142,665 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

What you'll be doing
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee wellbeing, promoting a supportive and inclusive work environment
- Research and analyse information and create documents resulting from meeting, workshops and consultations
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and leaders on matters related to employee wellbeing and workplace culture.
- Oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and initiatives to support a positive employee experience
- Stay informed about industry trends and proactively introduce innovative ideas and best practices to drive a positive culture and employee experience
- Engage and manage key stakeholders ensuring effective collaboration and communication styles
About you
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:

- Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Building relationships, problem-solving, and driving change.
- Proven experience in leading research and analysis, project management and writing effectively.
- Strong relationship management, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Experience in using data to identify gaps, needs, and opportunities.
