About the role

The Senior Finance Business Partner is responsible for undertaking the financial evaluation of new policy measures and the development and revision of complex costings and funding methodologies to support executive decision-making and the delivery of strategic objectives. In addition to providing high quality expert advice and technical analysis, the role entails strong business partnering and collaboration with key stakeholders to improve financial performance and capability across the organisation. 

Crown Clerk 9/10, starting salary from $129,464 - $142,665 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week, work location- 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards

What you'll be doing 

As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be:

  • Providing high quality and evidence-based financial and economic advice to enable the robust evaluation of NSW Health cabinet submissions and business cases
  • Undertaking finance business partnering, collaboration and engagement with Health policy areas related to funding strategies, investment priorities and fiscal sustainability
  • Engaging with stakeholders to prepare, review and advise on complex proposals including providing financial and budgetary support
  • Preparing high quality written and communication advice including briefs, letters and presentations

About you
