Q1) Describe your experience in implementing change in an organisation with significant changes to the working environment. What was the change and what was your role in implementing the change. What were the challenges and what would you have done differently.
 
Q2) Provide an example of your experience in managing staff with a heavy workload and deadlines to meet and describe the challenges this presented when the deadlines were unable to be met. What did you do and how were you able to manage this issue.
 
Q3)  Describe your experience in overcoming a barrier to collaboration for information sharing and communication in order to develop a solution to a stalled project. What was the project and how did you overcome the lack of collaboration from the other party. What did you learn from the experience and how would you change your approach to achieve a better outcome now.
