1) From a budgetary perspective, what are some of the contemporary challenges a government organisation like NSW Health may experience over the coming years and what strategies could NSW Health adopt to mitigate any risks?
2) Provide an example of when you have been required to deal with a difficult customer. Please outline the issue(s), the strategy used to manage the issue and what the outcome was.
