1)     In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of enquiries, requests and written material to ensure accurate and timely advice is provided within tight deadlines.  What are key issues that need to be considered to ensure accurate and timely advice is provided, including an example that demonstrates your capacity to manage and deliver results in a high volume environment. 

2)     Provide an example of a complex policy area or project that you delivered and describe how you engaged with stakeholders, resolved contentious issues and managed competing priorities. What did you consider were the key factors in the successful management of the policy or project?
