Crown Clerk 11/12, starting salary from $145,378 - $168,130 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

What you'll be doing

 

As the manager of a small and dedicated team, you will be leading the strategic workforce planning function, under the delegation of the Director of Future Workforce.  This will involve:

  • Influencing and negotiating with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Leading teams & projects
  • Establishing & maintaining a robust and evidence-based planning approach
  • Providing guidance and direction to executives, business leaders and planners

 

 

About you 

We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with: 

 

  • Experienced people leader

 

  • Ability to lead & guide planning cycles, capturing data driven insights and driving strategic workforce planning.

 

  • Demonstrated success in cross agency or industry collaboration

 

  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, in a large, dynamic and complex environment

 

  • A growth mindset, and commitment to continuous learning and personal development

 

  • Keen to influence health care outcomes through strategic planning
