About this role

The role is available from 19 January until 24 April to backfill a staff member who is on secondment. This role supports the corporate communications team in communications campaign management. This includes working with teams across the SCE branch, including the social media team, graphic designers, digital team and media team.
The role has variety and offers a cross section of interesting work and projects.
Crown Clerk 5/6, starting salary from $99,938 - $110,271 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

What you'll be doing
- Liaise with internal clients to support roll out of communication plans
- Support the employee value proposition implementation
- Build communications toolkits in our online e-newsletter software
- Write copy for campaign elements (enewsletters, social posts, brochures) in line with communication plans
- Prepare assets briefs and liaise with graphic designers
- Co-ordinate and develop elements in campaigns to ensure high quality execution of campaigns
About you
We are seeking a motivated and committed individual who can support the work of NSW Health with:
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- The ability to work in a small dynamic team environment.
- Experience in communications co-ordination and ability to be organised.
- The ability to take initiative and work to deadlines
