Role Title: Assistant Program Officer

About this role

This is an exciting short-term opportunity for two dedicated administrative professionals to join the HPCA’s Medical Monitoring team based at our Gladesville office. The Assistant Program Officer provides administrative and clerical services to support the functions of the NSW Health Professional Councils. The role supports the Councils to protect the health and safety of the public through the regulation of health practitioners in NSW.

Crown Clerk 3/4, salary from $84,659 - $92,701 plus Super and annual leave loading

About you 

We are seeking motivated and committed individuals with: 
•    High level of understanding of confidentiality and privacy requirements or the ability to acquire this understanding quickly; ability to be sensitive and discreet in a range of situations
•    Administrative skills and a high level of attention to detail
•    Demonstrated ability to work in a team-based environment
•    General understanding of legislative frameworks and their application
