1.    Describe a recent work-related situation where there were tight deadlines to be met. What strategies did you use to ensure the quality of your work? What would you do if you were unable to meet those deadlines?

2.    In this role you may be required to deal with diverse and sometimes challenging stakeholders. Describe a situation where you have had to use sound communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a challenging interaction with a customer / client or stakeholder, explain the outcome?
