About this role
Are you passionate about financial data analysis and governance that positively impact individuals, families, and communities through the health sector? The Analyst, Financial Analytics, plays a key role in the Cash and Financial Systems Governance team. This position involves analysing and reporting on financial data, providing valuable insights and advice to the team. Additionally, the role supports the development of financial data governance policies and the implementation of new financial systems.
Crown Clerk 7/8, starting salary from $110,266 - $122,058 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

What you'll be doing
In this role, you will work with the team and independently to develop and manage complex financial models and workflows, perform user acceptance testing, and provide valuable feedback to improve financial systems. You will also coordinate with various stakeholders, including writing key communications and training material and support financial data governance, design and cleansing efforts.
About you
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:

- A demonstrated understanding of the health system challenges and opportunities.
- Advanced MS Excel skills. Experience with BI tools such as Alteryx and Power BI is a plus.
- Experience with Oracle ERP and EPM applications is preferred.
