About this role

 

The Administrative Support Officer Corporate Services co-ordinates and supports a range of administrative activities to contribute to meeting organisational and statutory objectives.

 

You will:

 

  • Maintain co-operative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure implementation of sound budget practices.
  • Create and maintain branch/team databases and MOH asset registries.
  • Be responsible for allocation, registration, procurement, management and disposal of all MOH ICT devices (laptops, mobiles, tablets).
  • Have oversight, review and amend and undertake stakeholder liaison regarding monthly reports assessing and responding to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders and/or forwarding inquiries and correspondence to appropriate parties while providing excellent customer service.
  • Process map and record, including team SharePoint maintenance.
  • Track team agendas and priorities including meeting management.

 

 

Crown Clerk 3/4 starting salary from $82,193 - $90,001 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

 

About you:

 

We are seeking motivated and committed individuals with:

 

  • Demonstration of high-level administration capability
  • Demonstrated capability with the Microsoft Office365 tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders including senior management.
  • Relevant experience in providing excellent customer service
