What you'll be doing
Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.  

About You
You are a dedicated and highly capable Registered Nurse with current registration through the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. You bring strong clinical knowledge and well‑developed nursing skills that enable you to deliver safe, effective and patient‑centred care across both outpatient and acute hospital environments.

You demonstrate sound clinical judgement and proven problem‑solving abilities, allowing you to respond confidently to changing patient needs and contribute to optimal health outcomes. Your communication style is clear, professional and compassionate, supported by your proficiency in information technology and your ability to engage effectively through written, verbal and interpersonal interactions.

You excel in coordinating and planning patient care within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that care is organised, collaborative and outcome‑focused. Your approach reflects a commitment to teamwork, respect and continuity of care.

You are flexible and reliable, willingly participating in a seven‑day rotating roster that includes night duty and public holidays. Your adaptability and professionalism ensure that patients receive consistent, high‑quality care at all times.
