What you'll be doing
The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality person centered nursing care in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia Standards for Practice for Registered Nurses, and the Policies and Procedures of the Ministry of Health (MoH) and Mid North Coast Local Health District (MNCLHD).  
We are seeking committed and skilled Registered Nurses to join our dynamic Emergency and Critical Care teams. About You
You are a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse who brings professionalism, clinical capability and a strong commitment to patient‑centred care. You hold a current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA (Registered Nurse Division 1) and have recent postgraduate clinical experience in emergency and/or critical care nursing within an acute hospital setting. You demonstrate strong clinical reasoning and problem‑solving skills and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to plan, deliver and coordinate safe, high‑quality patient care.

You communicate clearly and confidently, using technology, written documentation, verbal communication and interpersonal skills to convey key information and respond to concerns with professionalism and empathy. You have a solid understanding of person‑centred care, evidence‑based practice and continuous quality improvement, and you integrate these principles into your everyday nursing practice. You also practise responsibly, with a sound understanding of relevant legislation, organisational policies and the professional scope of practice for a Registered Nurse.

You are flexible and reliable, with the capacity to work a 24/7 rotating roster that includes all shifts, weekends and public holidays.
