Be at the heart of patient care. Join our team as a Ward Clerk and play an essential role in supporting clinicians, patients and families by keeping our busy ward running smoothly.
About the Role
As a Ward Clerk, you'll provide efficient administrative support to the ward, ensuring the day-to-day operations run seamlessly. From managing patient information and coordinating administrative tasks to supporting clinical teams and providing excellent customer service, you'll be an integral part of delivering a positive experience for patients, visitors and staff.
About you
You're an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. With strong communication skills, attention to detail and confidence using a range of computer systems, you can manage competing priorities while providing friendly, professional support to patients, visitors and the multidisciplinary team. You value teamwork, confidentiality and delivering high-quality service every day.
