What you'll be doing
Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.
About You
You are a dedicated and clinically competent nurse with current registration through the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. You bring well‑developed nursing skills and knowledge relevant to both outpatient and acute hospital settings, enabling you to deliver safe, effective and patient‑centred care.
You demonstrate strong clinical problem‑solving abilities, using sound judgement and evidence‑based practice to optimise patient outcomes. Your communication skills are a key strength, reflected in your confident use of information technology, clear written documentation, and effective verbal and interpersonal interactions with patients, families and colleagues.
You are able to plan, coordinate and evaluate patient care within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to outcome‑focused care pathways and ensuring continuity and quality of service. Your approach is organised, collaborative and responsive to changing clinical needs.
You are committed to supporting service delivery across a seven‑day rotating roster, including night duty and public holidays, demonstrating reliability, adaptability and a strong sense of professional responsibility.
