About the role
As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide high-quality patient care within a supportive multidisciplinary team in an acute hospital and/or outpatient setting. You'll assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care, collaborate with patients, carers and colleagues, and contribute to positive health outcomes. You'll also support the development of fellow nurses and students, promote evidence-based practice, and actively participate in patient safety and continuous quality improvement initiatives. This role operates on a seven-day rotating roster, including night duty and public holidays.
About you
You're a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse with current registration through the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. You bring sound clinical knowledge, strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills, enabling you to provide safe, person-centred care in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, are committed to continuous learning and quality improvement, and thrive in delivering the highest standard of care to your patients.
