About the Role
The Specialist Services Manager has financial and data entry governance responsibilities for the Oral Health Fee for Service Scheme (OHFFSS). The role manages, coordinates and implements the prioritisation and management of the staff and activity of the Oral Health Support Unit (OHSU) under consultation with the Clinical Director and the Manager Oral Health Services.
It involves collection of timesheets and the review of claims for payment in VMoney for Visiting Dental Officer (VDO) and Visiting Medical Officers (VMO) as well as managing and coordinating the Oral Health Support Unit (OHSU) staff and provide support where needed.
About You
You will need demonstrated proficiency in time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet predetermined targets and deadlines and have competent computer skills utilising varied and appropriate software programs as they are used on a daily basis.
Demonstrated ability to maintain and monitor financial records in relation to contracted oral health schemes and ensure budget targets are met and have an understanding of the contracted Oral Health Schemes is a must for this role.
