About the Role
The District Manager Integrated Aged Care is a pivotal leader in the planning and management of Aged Care services within the Mid North Coast Local Health District (MNCLHD). This role focuses on establishing governance and systems to enhance service delivery, developing partnerships to address emerging issues for aging populations, and providing strategic advice to stakeholders.
Reporting to the Director of Integrated Care, Allied Health, and Community Services (ICAHCS), the District Manager is dedicated to optimizing patient pathways between public and private healthcare providers and ensuring high value, coordinated care as part of the ICAHCS senior leadership team.
