Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) are looking for a Project Lead - Change and Redesign to drive initiatives across the District to reach financial sustainability.

About the role

The Project Lead will deliver detailed project management leadership in collaboration with identified project teams to implement changes to business processes, systems and technology of the established Efficiency Improvement Programs throughout the financial year. 
This will include:

  • Preparation of reports, briefs and project documentation.
  • Planning and implementation of efficiency improvement programs.
  • Monitoring project objectives, deliverables and project performance.
  • Stakeholder engagement. 
     

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have experience managing multiple projects with conflicting deadlines in a constantly changing environment.
  • Hold tertiary qualifications in Health Management, Project Management, Business or other relevant field(s)
  • Highly developed analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. 
  • Demonstrate evidence of a Class C drivers licence, with willingness to travel as necessary across our District.
