About the Opportunity
Join the dedicated team in the Outpatient Unit at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital and play an important role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across a diverse range of specialist clinics.
As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll work alongside Registered Nurses, medical officers and multidisciplinary teams to provide safe, compassionate care, support clinical procedures and ensure patients receive a positive experience throughout their outpatient journey. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to develop your clinical skills across multiple specialties while contributing to efficient, coordinated care.

About You
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA
• Demonstrated ability to provide safe, compassionate, person-centred nursing care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. 
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced outpatient environment.
• Commitment to patient safety, quality improvement and continuous professional development.
• A caring, professional approach with a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.
