Are you a compassionate Enrolled Nurse seeking a role where quality care and teamwork are valued? Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is committed to Trusted Care, Better Health for Everyone, and is seeking dedicated Enrolled Nurses to join the nursing team at Gosford Hospital on the Surgical Ward.
About the Opportunity
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver holistic, safe, and high-quality nursing care to patients. The role supports positive patient outcomes through collaboration, effective communication, and adherence to professional standards. In this role you will:
• Provide nursing care in accordance with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia standards and delegated scope of practice.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide physical and psychological comfort and support.
• Participate in patient assessment through observation, monitoring, and reporting of health status.
• Collect, document, and communicate accurate health care information to support continuity of care.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to contribute to care planning, evaluation, and quality improvement.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
• Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with medication administration accreditation, including intravenous medications.
• Whilst experience in surgical nursing is desirable, it is not required.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and information technology communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Ability to prioritise workload, adapt to change, and demonstrate commitment to quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
