About the Opportunity
To provide proactive administrative and operational support to the Nursing and Midwifery Services Directorate, enabling smooth day to day operations and delivery of workforce, education and quality initiatives across MLHD.
The role works closely with existing administrative staff to ensure cohesive office operations and consistent support across the Nursing and Midwifery Directorate. It delivers timely coordination of office functions, diary and meeting management, document preparation and records maintenance, accurate data entry and reporting, and responsive stakeholder communication.

About You
- Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in a similar support role
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other record-keeping systems.
- NSW Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
