About the Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated Administration Officer to join our Emergency Department Administration Team who provide support to ED and the Emergency Medicine Unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

This critical role will be responsible for:

  • The activation of all emergency paging throughout the facility
  • Facilitating all admissions through ED and recording health information and insurances
  • Administrative duties and data entry

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Demonstrate the ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality at all times, while safeguarding against misuse or inappropriate release of health information

  • Display sound judgment and logical thinking

  • Maintain a high level of integrity and attention to detail

  • Be a willing team member, able to work a 24 hour rotating roster as needed
