About the Opportunity
As an AO3 Administration Officer (Clinical Setting), you will provide essential administrative support to a busy clinical team, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the service and a positive experience for patients and staff.
As the AO3 Administration Officer, you will:
- Provide high-quality customer service via phone and face-to-face
- Support admissions, transfers, discharges and appointment bookings
- Manage records, correspondence and general administrative tasks
- Use Microsoft Office and internal systems to support operations
- Assist the team with projects, reporting and process improvements
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

About You
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Experience in administration, ideally in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence using IT systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams)
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive, flexible approach and ability to work in a team
