About the Opportunity

As an AO3 Administration Officer (Clinical Setting), you will provide essential administrative support to a busy clinical team, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the service and a positive experience for patients and staff.

 

As the AO3 Administration Officer, you will:

  • Provide high-quality customer service via phone and face-to-face
  • Support admissions, transfers, discharges and appointment bookings
  • Manage records, correspondence and general administrative tasks
  • Use Microsoft Office and internal systems to support operations
  • Assist the team with projects, reporting and process improvements
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

About You

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Experience in administration, ideally in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence using IT systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams)
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A proactive, flexible approach and ability to work in a team
