The RPA Coding unit is seeking a highly motivated Trainee Clinical Coder with appropriate qualifications, knowledge and skills to join our friendly, progressive and supportive team!
About the Opportunity
To be successful in this position, the applicant must have completed both a recognised medical terminology course and a certified ICD-10-AM coding course. In addition, strong coding aptitude, excellent time management and problem-solving skills are a essential for this role.
In this role, you will undertake a one-year coding training program with permanent employment opportunities upon successful completion. You will learn how to code medical records both from a theoretical and practical perspective under the supervision of the Coding Educator and your respective line manager. Coding quality, speed and accuracy will be monitored throughout the training period.

Ideal Candidate
- Successful completion of a recognised ICD-10-AM, ACHI & ACS Clinical Coding qualification.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
