About the Role

You will be working at Royal Prince Alfred (RPA) Hospital. It is one of the nation’s most respected hospitals, with a distinguished history of serving the health needs of local, statewide, national and international communities. Our facilities and services are world class and our staff are dedicated, innovative and caring.

  

The RPA sleep service is a quaternary service seeing patients from across the state many of whom have significant health care needs. This role is to provide support for the registered Nurse to patients undergoing sleep studies, including sleep study set-up and patient monitoring. Training and support is available to staff who are new to Sleep Disorder care.

 

This is a casual position involving 5 hour evening shifts and the occasional night shift.

Ideal Candidate
  • Able to communicate and liaise with patients in preparation for sleep studies.
  • Proficient with basic computing concepts and ability to troubleshoot basic computing issues.
