Remuneration: $127,150.00 - $144,444.00 plus 11.5% superannuation 
Hours Per Week: 38 
 
Location: 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards/Hybrid working arrangements 

 
The Opportunity 

HealthShare NSW is hiring a Senior Training Delivery Officer to lead the design, planning and delivery of training programs for procurement projects across NSW Health. You’ll develop and deliver engaging learning solutions—across eLearning, video, and face-to-face formats—to support system-wide capability building and project success. 

 

We’re looking for a skilled training professional with experience in adult learning, instructional design, and stakeholder engagement. Strong communication and technical training skills are essential, ideally within ICT or complex service environments. Join us and help drive meaningful learning outcomes across NSW Health.

Eligibility Requirements

Targeted Questions 

  • Do you hold a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or have equivalent experience, and can you demonstrate high-level skills in facilitating adult learning processes? 
  • Can you provide examples of your problem-solving skills and experience in planning, developing, facilitating, delivering, and evaluating education and training programs? 
  • Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in engaging healthcare professionals and administrative staff, and in developing training materials such as user manuals, quick reference guides, and assessments? Additionally, are you willing and able to travel to facilities within NSW as part of this role?
