About the role

This role is a great opportunity to lead the introduction of a brand new pharmacy model of care in WNSWLHD. Join the innovative and vibrant pharmacy team of WNSWLHD and make a positive impact in rural health in our communities.

As a part of the multidisciplinary team, you’ll have a variety of interactions and diversity in your work every day, in a community that values your services and care.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work face to face and virtually providing clinical pharmacy services. You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of pharmacy services to outpatients and inpatients to ensure the quality use of medicines.

We offer flexible working hours Monday to Friday and we
support you with training and development, including 10 days study leave per year, clinical supervision and networking groups to advance your career.

This role would suit pharmacists who are looking to develop their experience in leading change while still enabling an active clinical role in the care of patients.
